Off-market commodity and precious metals transactions.
Elitelia supports selected privately negotiated physical commodity transactions involving energy products, precious metals, industrial metals and other commodities.
We work with qualified buyers, sellers, producers, suppliers and authorised counterparties where credible sourcing, counterparty identification, commercial qualification and coordinated execution are required.

Source a defined physical commodity requirement.
Specify the product, quality, quantity, delivery location, timing, commercial basis and your relationship to the end buyer.
Present an identifiable, documented supply.
Explain what is available, who controls it, quantity, location, origin, delivery basis, documentation and proposed procedure.
Credible counterparties are required on both sides.
A commodity transaction may appear simple: a buyer needs a product and a seller can provide it. In practice, serious participants need clarity around specification, quantity, origin, location, pricing, authority, documentation, inspection, logistics, banking, compliance and settlement.
Our objective is not to create another intermediary chain. It is to move a viable requirement closer to the actual buyer, seller or execution provider capable of performing.
Selected physical markets considered case by case.
Elitelia does not maintain a public catalogue covering every commodity. A product not shown below may still be reviewed where the requirement is defined and a credible execution path exists.
Energy Commodities
Crude oil, refined petroleum products, natural gas, LNG, renewable fuels and other selected physical energy products.
Precious Metals
Gold, silver, platinum-group metals, bullion, doré, semi-refined material and other forms considered individually.
Base & Industrial Metals
Copper, aluminium, nickel, zinc, lead and other metals where specifications, quantity, origin and location are clear.
Other Physical Commodities
Selected raw materials, agricultural, environmental or other physical requirements where Elitelia can identify a meaningful role.
Case-by-Case Requirements
A commodity not listed may still be assessed when the product, parties, documentation and proposed transaction are sufficiently clear.

From an initial request to a qualified transaction.
Elitelia’s normal role is sourcing, qualification, introductions and coordination. We do not need to own the product or act as principal to help bring credible parties together.
Transaction qualification
Convert the initial buyer or seller request into a defined product, quantity, location, commercial basis and procedure.
Buyer & seller sourcing
Identify potentially relevant producers, suppliers, buyers, trading companies, industrial users and specialist counterparties.
Counterparty qualification
Review corporate existence, authority, buyer capacity, seller relationship, product information and compliance readiness.
Commercial coordination
Coordinate introductions, confidentiality, information exchange, product questions, procedures, pricing discussions and communication.
Execution providers
Coordinate banks, inspectors, logistics providers, refineries, warehouses, lawyers or escrow providers where relevant.
“We are looking for oil” is not yet a sourcing mandate.
The more clearly the requirement is defined, the more targeted the sourcing process can be.
A useful sourcing brief defines the product, quantity, delivery basis and commercial capacity before suppliers are approached.
Product & specification
Define the exact product, grade, purity or relevant technical standard.
Quantity & frequency
State the spot volume or recurring monthly requirement.
Delivery & timing
Identify the port, terminal, country, Incoterm or delivery basis and when supply is needed.
Commercial & buyer status
Explain the pricing framework, end-buyer or representative role and available financial capacity.
A product should not be circulated before supply is understood.
The initial review should explain what can genuinely be delivered and how the presenting party relates to the principal supplier.
The objective is to explain what is available and how a transaction could realistically take place before buyers receive the offer.
Principal & authority
Identify the seller, producer or supplier and any representative’s relationship to that party.
Product & available quantity
Define specification, supply volume, form, origin and current product location.
Commercial framework
Explain pricing basis, delivery terms, proposed transaction procedure and timing.
Supporting documentation
Identify the product, ownership, assay, refinery, logistics or supply materials currently available.
What makes a commodity transaction actionable?
A viable mandate needs enough detail to allow credible participants to evaluate product, commercial terms, counterparty authority and the proposed execution path.
Commodity
Exactly what physical product is being transacted.
Specification
The relevant grade, quality, purity or technical characteristics.
Quantity
The spot amount, recurring volume or available supply.
Location
Where the product sits or where delivery is expected.
Authority
The presenting party’s relationship to the principal buyer, seller, producer or supplier.
Commercial basis
Pricing reference, discount or premium, delivery terms and proposed procedure.
Execution path
How inspection, documentation, delivery, title transfer, payment and settlement should occur.
Counterparties
Parties capable of meeting the commercial, financial and compliance requirements.
One document does not prove an entire transaction.
Off-market commodity markets can contain long intermediary chains and information that is difficult to verify. Elitelia favours a clear relationship between the presenter and the principal.
Depending on the transaction and stage, verification may involve:
- Corporate existence and beneficial ownership
- Identity, authority or mandate
- Buyer financial capacity
- Seller relationship to product or supply
- Product, assay, refinery or location information
- KYC, AML and sanctions requirements
- Professional-provider confirmation
- Other transaction-specific documentation
Where the parties or transaction cannot be sufficiently understood, Elitelia may decline to proceed.
From initial qualification to delivery and settlement.
The contractual buyer and seller—and the relevant banks, logistics, inspection and other providers—remain responsible for executing the physical trade.
Initial qualification
Review the buyer or seller requirement before it is circulated.
Counterparty search
Identify parties based on product, geography, quantity and commercial requirements.
Controlled introduction
Introduce parties when there appears to be a credible basis for discussion.
Commercial alignment
Clarify product, quantity, pricing basis, delivery terms and proposed procedures.
Verification & compliance
Complete the relevant commercial, KYC, AML, product and financial checks.
Contract, delivery & settlement
The contractual parties execute agreements, title transfer, inspection, payment and physical delivery.
Off-market does not mean disconnected from the market.
Pricing is normally influenced by recognised benchmarks, quality, origin, location, logistics, size, timing, payment terms and other commercial variables.
An exceptional discount or premium without a credible explanation can be a warning sign. Elitelia does not guarantee a purchase price, sale price, discount, premium or spread.
A physical trade ultimately needs product or title to move.
Execution may involve ports, terminals, warehouses, refineries, tank farms, vessels, inspectors, logistics companies, customs agents and banks.
Elitelia may coordinate communication but does not automatically provide shipping, storage, customs, inspection, custody or banking services.
Elitelia sources and coordinates—it does not act as the trade itself.
Elitelia supports selected mandates through transaction qualification, buyer or seller sourcing, controlled introductions and commercial coordination.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Elitelia is not the producer, principal trader, buyer, seller, commodity exchange, warehouse, custodian, inspector, logistics provider, bank or escrow provider.
Elitelia does not guarantee product availability, counterparty approval, price, delivery or completion. Specialist, regulated and execution activities are performed by the appropriate third parties.
