OFF-MARKET TRANSACTIONS · DIGITAL ASSET LIQUIDITY

Institutional digital-asset liquidity for significant transactions.

Elitelia connects eligible business owners, investors and companies with selected third-party providers for significant crypto-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto and other digital-asset liquidity requirements.

We help define the transaction, identify a potentially appropriate provider and coordinate onboarding and the commercial process. The selected provider carries out pricing, execution and settlement under its own framework.

CONVERT DIGITAL ASSETS TO FIAT

Need significant crypto-to-fiat liquidity?

Access selected providers for significant conversions into EUR, USD or other supported fiat currencies, subject to onboarding and eligibility.

DEPLOY FIAT INTO DIGITAL ASSETS

Looking for institutional fiat-to-crypto execution?

Access selected providers for significant purchases of supported crypto-assets or stablecoins using eligible fiat capital.

BEYOND A RETAIL EXCHANGE

Significant transactions require more than a quoted crypto price.

Larger or more complex transactions may require institutional liquidity, controlled execution, banking coordination, wallet or custody arrangements and extensive compliance.

The client must also understand which provider can legally service the transaction, supported assets and currencies, pricing, fees, transaction limits, onboarding, settlement mechanics and jurisdictional restrictions.

Elitelia coordinates access and communication; the relevant provider performs the actual exchange, execution and settlement.

LIQUIDITY REQUIREMENTS

Digital-asset transactions we may support.

Availability depends on client eligibility, transaction size, jurisdiction and the capabilities of selected providers. No asset, currency or execution route should be assumed available until confirmed.

01

Crypto-to-Fiat Liquidity

Conversion of supported digital assets—potentially including Bitcoin, Ethereum or stablecoins—into supported fiat currencies.

02

Fiat-to-Crypto Execution

Significant purchases of supported digital assets for eligible individuals, companies, vehicles or family capital.

03

OTC & Block Liquidity

Potential access to request-for-quote, OTC, block, platform or other institutional execution methods.

04

Stablecoin Liquidity

Selected fiat-to-stablecoin, stablecoin-to-fiat and other supported institutional liquidity pairs.

05

Other Supported Assets

Other digital-asset requirements may be reviewed individually where an eligible provider and lawful execution path exist.

WHAT ELITELIA PROVIDES

Provider access, qualification and commercial coordination.

Different providers may be appropriate for different client types, jurisdictions, transaction sizes, assets, currencies, banking routes and settlement preferences.

01

Requirement definition

Clarify asset, amount, direction, fiat currency, client type, jurisdiction, current asset location, timing and preferred settlement.

02

Provider identification

Consider jurisdictional availability, regulatory position, liquidity, assets, currencies, banking, custody and commercial terms.

03

Introduction & onboarding

Coordinate the introduction and initial exchange of identity, corporate, ownership, banking and transaction information.

04

Pricing & commercial process

Coordinate communication while the provider determines pricing, spread, fees and executable terms.

05

Execution & settlement

The provider and contractual counterparties perform the actual exchange, custody where relevant, asset transfer and fiat settlement.

FOR CLIENTS SELLING DIGITAL ASSETS

Define the crypto-to-fiat requirement before selecting a provider.

The provider must be able to service the client, asset, currency, transaction size and intended settlement route.

A useful initial brief identifies the asset, approximate amount, desired currency, current asset location, client jurisdiction and preferred fiat destination.

01

Asset & amount

What digital asset is being sold and what is the approximate transaction size?

02

Currency & settlement

Which fiat currency is required and where should eligible proceeds be settled?

03

Current asset location

Are the assets held at an exchange, institutional custodian, company account or self-custody wallet?

04

Client & jurisdiction

Is the client an individual, company or vehicle, and which countries are relevant?

FOR CLIENTS ACQUIRING DIGITAL ASSETS

Define the fiat-to-crypto mandate and custody route.

The selected provider determines onboarding, supported banking routes, execution and settlement requirements.

A useful acquisition brief identifies fiat currency, amount, target assets, source of funds, jurisdiction, custody preference and expected timing.

01

Fiat currency & amount

Define the currency, approximate amount and whether the requirement is one-off or recurring.

02

Target assets

Identify the desired crypto-assets, stablecoins or acceptable alternatives.

03

Source of funds

Explain the lawful source and banking route for the fiat capital.

04

Custody & timing

Clarify the intended provider account, custodian or external wallet and expected timeframe.

INSTITUTIONAL & OTC LIQUIDITY

Why use a professional liquidity process?

For larger transactions, an institutional or OTC route may offer different execution and settlement characteristics from a standard retail order. It does not guarantee a better price or outcome.

01

Larger transaction capacity

Professional providers may access liquidity appropriate for significant transaction sizes.

02

Defined executable pricing

Certain RFQ or OTC processes may provide a price for an agreed quantity before execution.

03

Reduced visible market impact

A dedicated execution method may help manage the effect of a significant order on public liquidity.

04

Settlement flexibility

Eligible settlement may use provider accounts, banks, institutional custody or external wallets.

05

Dedicated counterparty support

Institutional providers may coordinate onboarding, compliance, execution and settlement through a dedicated process.

PROVIDER SELECTION

A headline exchange rate is not enough.

A provider should be assessed against the complete transaction: legal availability, liquidity, assets, currencies, banking, compliance, security, custody, settlement and total commercial terms.

01

Regulatory position

Can the provider legally service this client and transaction in the relevant jurisdiction?

02

Liquidity & size

Can the provider realistically execute the requested amount?

03

Assets & currencies

Are the relevant digital asset and fiat currency supported?

04

Pricing & fees

How are price, spread, execution, custody and other fees determined?

05

Banking

Can the provider support the required incoming or outgoing fiat route?

06

Custody & wallets

Which custody arrangements, wallet types or asset-transfer procedures apply?

07

Compliance

What identity, ownership, source-of-funds and transaction-history requirements apply?

08

Settlement & security

How are both sides delivered, when is the transaction final and what operational controls exist?

COMPLIANCE IS PART OF THE TRANSACTION

Institutional liquidity requires an explainable source of assets and funds.

Compliance is not an obstacle to work around. A provider may refuse or delay a transaction if it cannot satisfactorily complete its review, and Elitelia cannot guarantee client acceptance.

Depending on the client, provider and jurisdiction, checks may include:

  • Identity and corporate verification
  • Beneficial ownership
  • KYC, AML and sanctions screening
  • Source of funds and source of wealth
  • Wallet ownership or control
  • Digital-asset transaction history
  • Blockchain analytics
  • Banking verification
  • Economic purpose of the transaction
SOURCE OF FUNDS & DIGITAL ASSETS

Possession alone may not satisfy institutional onboarding.

Evidence depends on the circumstances and may include:

  • Historical exchange records
  • Wallet transaction history
  • Purchase or investment documentation
  • Mining or staking records where relevant
  • Company records and financial statements
  • Sale agreements
  • Tax documentation
  • Inheritance documentation
  • Other evidence appropriate to the transaction

The relevant provider determines what is sufficient.

SETTLEMENT CLARITY

Understand both sides before execution.

Before a significant transaction, the client should understand:

  • The contractual counterparty
  • Where digital assets are sent
  • Where fiat funds will be delivered
  • When the transaction becomes final
  • Who bears settlement risk at each stage
  • Who provides custody, if anyone
  • What happens if a transfer is delayed
SECURITY

Protect keys, wallets and payment instructions.

Clients should be cautious about impersonation, phishing, fake OTC desks, altered payment instructions, unverified messaging accounts and requests to transfer assets prematurely.

Elitelia will never request a private key or seed phrase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, clients should not transfer fiat or digital assets to Elitelia for custody or exchange.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Access and coordination—not an undisclosed exchange service.

Elitelia defines the requirement, identifies potentially suitable third-party providers, makes introductions and coordinates the commercial process.

Unless expressly stated through an appropriately authorised entity, Elitelia does not itself provide crypto-to-fiat exchange, crypto-to-crypto exchange, execution or transmission of orders, custody, operation of a trading platform, portfolio management, investment advice or crypto-asset transfer services.

The relevant provider performs those services under its own legal, regulatory, compliance and contractual framework. Elitelia does not guarantee acceptance, liquidity, price, spread, timing, banking or settlement.
