ABOUT ELITELIA
Capital decisions for businesses and their owners.
Elitelia is a boutique advisory firm for established businesses and their owners, bringing together corporate finance, private investments and tax and ownership structuring within one coordinated approach.
Our objective is simple: help clients make important capital decisions with greater clarity, better coordination and a clear understanding of the people, structures and risks involved.
ONE RELATIONSHIP · THREE CONNECTED AREAS
Business capital, private investment and ownership rarely stay separate.
As a company grows, the distinction between the business and the owner’s capital becomes less clear.
The company may need financing. Shareholders may consider a partial or full sale. Profits or transaction proceeds may need to be reinvested. Ownership may expand across several companies or jurisdictions.
Most of these questions are traditionally handled separately. Elitelia was built around a different idea: when the same owner is affected, the relevant decisions should be considered together.
OUR PRACTICES
Three distinct areas. One coordinated perspective.
Each practice has a defined role, but the strongest decisions account for how the business, ownership and capital affect one another.
Corporate Finance
Financing support for established companies and confidential preparation and buyer search for shareholders considering a business sale.
Explore Corporate Finance →Private Investments
Selected private-credit, real-estate and direct-investment opportunities for eligible investors able to assess private-market risk and illiquidity.
Explore Private Investments →Tax & Structuring
International companies, holding structures, tax residency and cross-border ownership coordinated with qualified specialists where required.
Explore Tax & Structuring →BUILT AROUND THE BUSINESS OWNER
Material decisions need more than a standard financial product.
Elitelia is not designed as a traditional retail financial-services company. Our work focuses on situations where a business, transaction, ownership structure or meaningful amount of capital creates a decision that deserves coordinated analysis.
Finance an established company
Identify capital beyond existing banking relationships and coordinate the information required by relevant providers.
Prepare a business for sale
Understand the company, protect confidentiality and approach potential buyers through a structured process.
Put created capital to work
Evaluate selected private opportunities after profits, distributions or a liquidity event have created investable capital.
Reconsider how everything fits
Review whether companies, holdings, tax residence and international ownership still support the owner’s current objectives.
OUR APPROACH
Clarity before capital moves.
We aim to make the objective, structure, economics, counterparties and responsibilities understandable before a client commits to the next step.
Understand before proposing
Start with the client’s objective and existing situation, not with a product, entity or opportunity simply because it is available.
Keep roles clear
Explain who is responsible for what, who is being paid by whom and where each professional responsibility begins and ends.
Prefer understandable structures
Complexity can be necessary. Unnecessary complexity creates cost, confusion and additional risk.
Look beyond the headline
An interest rate, valuation, target return or corporate tax rate never explains the full economics and practical consequences.

ECONOMIST · INVESTOR
Rubén de Gracia
LEADERSHIP
Rubén de Gracia · CEO, Elitelia
Elitelia’s public voice and strategic direction are closely connected to the perspective of its CEO: business decisions, investment decisions and taxation often affect the same entrepreneur.
Finance viewed from the decisions faced by entrepreneurs and business owners.
Rubén de Gracia is an economist, investor and CEO of Elitelia, with a professional focus spanning business finance, investment, taxation and the financial decisions faced by entrepreneurs.
At Elitelia, he is involved in the strategic development of the firm and in selected mandates across corporate finance, private investments and international structuring.
Alongside his work at Elitelia, he publishes financial analysis and educational content covering business, investment, markets and taxation. He is the author of two books and appears in TV and press.
COMMENTARY & MEDIA
External recognition
Rubén’s commentary on business, finance, investment and taxation has been featured or cited by Spanish and international media.
PUBLIC PROFILE
A visible person behind the firm.
Elitelia does not hide behind a generic institutional voice. Rubén’s public analysis, educational work and direct association with the firm provide clients and counterparties with a clear point of reference.
A NETWORK OF SPECIALIST PROFESSIONALS
One coordinated process does not mean one firm performs every function.
Elitelia helps connect the relevant pieces and coordinate the process around the client’s actual objective.
Depending on the engagement, we may work alongside lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, corporate-service providers, lenders, private-credit providers, investment firms, project sponsors, valuation specialists, immigration professionals and other advisers.
Where an activity requires specific legal, tax, regulatory or professional authorisation, the appropriate qualified professional or authorised provider performs that work. Elitelia’s role and the role of external professionals are defined according to the engagement.
SELECTIVE BY DESIGN · TRANSPARENT BEFORE ENGAGEMENT
A meaningful role, clear counterparties and understandable economics.
We are primarily interested in situations where there is an established business or identifiable asset, reliable information can be obtained, the objective is clear, the relevant parties can be identified and Elitelia can define a meaningful role.
Depending on the engagement, compensation may include service fees, project fees, retainers, introduction or referral fees, success-based compensation or other agreed commercial fees. Where material, the role, compensation structure and potential conflicts are disclosed before proceeding.
Elitelia does not accept deposits or generally hold client investment funds. Regulated financial services, formal legal advice and formal tax advice are provided only where appropriately authorised or qualified parties are responsible.
