CORPORATE FINANCE · BUSINESS FINANCING
Business financing for established companies.
Elitelia helps established companies prepare, source and compare suitable business financing from banks, private-credit providers and other capital sources.
We are not a direct lender. We prepare the financing case, identify relevant providers and coordinate the process through execution.
THE ELITELIA APPROACH
Financing should start with the business objective—not a predetermined product.
The appropriate structure depends on the use of funds, cash flow, existing debt, available assets, ownership, timing and repayment capacity.
We assess those factors before approaching the parts of the market most relevant to the company.

WHEN WE MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT
Not every capital need requires a market process.
We are generally not the right fit for pre-revenue businesses, very early-stage projects without an operating history or companies unable to provide reliable financial information.
There is no universal eligibility threshold. Suitability is assessed individually.
CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Elitelia’s role.
Elitelia is not a direct lender and does not guarantee financing.
Our role may include preparation, strategy, provider identification, introductions, coordination and transaction support. Financing decisions remain entirely with the relevant capital provider.
Compensation may include advisory, project, introduction, referral or success-based fees. The applicable structure and relevant conflicts are disclosed where applicable before the client proceeds.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Business financing, clearly explained.
Practical answers for companies considering a financing mandate.
Business financing is debt, equity or another form of capital used to fund company activities or transactions, including growth, acquisitions, refinancing, working capital and capital expenditure.
No. Elitelia is not a direct lender. We help suitable companies prepare their financing case, identify relevant providers and coordinate the process.
Potential routes may include bank debt, private credit, direct lending, asset-backed finance, acquisition finance, refinancing and selected growth or strategic capital.
Bank financing follows conventional lending structures. Private credit is provided by non-bank lenders and may offer greater structural flexibility, although pricing and other terms can differ materially.
Potentially. Providers have different risk appetites and underwriting criteria. Alternative financing is not available in every situation and Elitelia cannot guarantee approval.
An established company should normally explain the amount required, use of funds and repayment source, and provide reliable financial information.
There is no universal timeline. It depends on type, amount, complexity, information quality, due diligence, negotiations and documentation.
Elitelia may work on selected domestic and cross-border mandates, depending on the jurisdiction, requirement, regulations and relevant providers.
The structure may include a service, retainer, project, introduction, referral or success-based fee, or a combination. It is communicated before engagement.
